In our one to one therapy sessions, we discuss your issues that are causing you distress at work and life. We discuss and understand the impact of these issues on your life. We’ll then work to rationalise the issues with powerful emotional and behavioural techniques that will be most effective for you. Through our therapy work together, you will become equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive in your career and personal life.

My training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) has given me the expertise you need and deserve when managing your workload. I also know that it’s important that you’re working with a Therapist who understands what it means to be a working professional struggling to keep up with work and home. I get it. I’ve lived through it myself, and that is what has driven me to enter the field of Therapy

My extensive training and experience enables me to adapt CBT, psychotherapy, Counselling and Therapy for professionals like you. I’ve been able to help professionals from various industries (Corporate, finance, tech, business, health, medical, retail, education and more) overcome their anxiety, stress, depression and burnout.

Education& Experience

I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. I specialise in REBT/CBT. I hold an advanced diploma in integrative CBT/REBT, an advanced diploma in integrative CBT/REBT, a diploma in integrative CBT/REBT, certificate in trauma awareness and certificate in counselling skills and ethics, and I am a certified critical incident responder.

My experience includes working for Nightingale Hospital - London, The Priory Hospital - Wimbledon, MECS IAPT-NHS Croydon, The Priory Hospital - North London, Sakoon Counselling -Uxbridge and Kings Square Counselling - Bristol.

I have experience of working face to face and online providing one to one Therapy, as well as group Therapy.
