I can guide you through this process - tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to CBT comes from a place of Iman, compassion, and empathy. I truly believe that change is possible with the right kind of therapy. I can support you with psychotherapy, my professional training and experience and with my extensive Islamic knowledge as a qualified Aalima. I can offer you new perspectives and strategies within the Islamic boundaries that can lead to meaningful and impactful changes for you.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. They are usually booked weekly and total between 10-12 sessions on average.
