I can help you through this process wth therapy, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to CBT comes from a place of hope, compassion, and empathy. I wholeheartedly believe that change is possible with the right help. I can support you with psychotherapy, and with my professional training and experience, I can empower  you with new insights that can lead to effective real-life change for you.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. They are usually booked weekly and total between 10-12 sessions on average.
